Ruined my trip
“These guys completely ruined my trip by losing my reservation (or never taking it in the first place), making me argue for so long before they would do anything after i'd driven over 4 hours just to go kayaking, and even when they finally let me and my friend go out there, we had to row upstream against the current, when it was supposed to be a very relaxing, easy-going trip. halfway to our destination, we realized that our kayaks were both leaking, and everything in the waterproof container was soaked (phones, clothes, food...). The whole trip was hell because of them and they will never get my business again.”
