  “I checked out Conewango Kayak Canoe LLC as soon as Tom opened. Tom has giving us lessons on kayaking and is always willing to talk to you well your trying to plan trips or just stopping by to say hi. All the equipment is new and well maintained! Tom is concerned with the safety of his consumers and will not let you go out if conditions are bad, but only because he is concerned with your safety. We frequently use this business and I recommend him all the time!”

  “We rented 9 canoes and had a blast! the van ride to the drop off pont was fun as the driver filled us in with local history, the canoes were very cool with adjustable back rest and lots of room, we will be back!”

  “I made a reservation by telephone 3 weeks in advance. I gave my name, phone number and email address. When we arrived the day of our trip we were met by a very unpleasant man who insisted he had no record or the reservation, and that they were closed due to recent storms. (We drove an hour to get there on my son's 14th birthday.) He kept saying, I can't control the weather. Well of course not, but he certainly could have contacted us. He was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and downright insulting. The place was small, messy and unorganized (obviously they don't keep good records either). We went 10 miles down the road to Allegheny Outfitters in Warren, and they were super!”
